Renne Public Law Group (RPLG) is excited to welcome eight students to its sixth annual Public Law Fellowship Program. Running from May 23 to June 6, the program offers law and public affairs students a unique opportunity to explore local government law and policy.
The 2025 cohort includes Maryjo Santos Nuñez, Mallory Yeates, Isabella Blanco, Nick Gonzalez, Flo Chang and Brennen Gallagher from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco; Gemma Aguilar, USC Gould School of Law; and Katie Lazar, University of North Carolina School of Law.
With diverse professional interests spanning equity, innovation, healthcare access and lawful business practices, this year’s cohort brings a wealth of experience to various areas of local government law.
The fellows have contributed to law journals, participated in Moot Court and worked with organizations such as the California Department of Justice, local public health departments, county attorney offices and law foundations.
“We are thrilled to continue this fellowship program and welcome our newest cohort for this incredible opportunity to explore law and policy,” said RPLG Founding Partner Jon Holtzman. “I look forward to seeing how this group engages in meaningful discussions with our panelists and apply their knowledge to real-world policy challenges in the public sector.”
