Teresa Stricker, Renne Public Law Group (RPLG) Partner, has been named one of Corporate Counsel and InsideCounsel’s 2018 Women in Law Honorees in the Innovative Leadership Category.
These awards recognize general counsel, in-house leaders and law firm partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law. Corporate Counsel honors women who stand out because they are business strategists, complex problem-solvers and great lawyers. These women care more about the success of the team than their individual success.
“I am honored to receive this award. I am fortunate to be working with a talented team here at Renne Public Law Group,” Stricker said.
With two decades of legal experience, Stricker has advised and represented public agency clients on a wide range of government law matters. She currently serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Corte Madera and as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Brisbane. She also serves as General Counsel for the East Cut Community Benefit District.
Stricker’s prior experience includes General Counsel for the San Francisco Local Agency Formation Commission, Assistant General Counsel for Kensington Police Protection and Community Services District, and Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco.
The 2018 Women in Law Honorees were recognized at an awards dinner in October as part of the Corporate Counsel and InsideCounsel Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in Washington, D.C.
