RPLG founding partners Art Hartinger and Jon Holtzman have been named 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers in Labor and Employment. Of Counsel Geoff Spellberg has been named a 2024 Northern California Super Lawyer in the Employment Litigation Defense practice area. Partner Ryan McGinley-Stempel has been named a 2024 Northern California Rising Star in Constitutional Law. Senior Associate Imran Dar has been named a 2024 Northern California Rising Star in General Litigation.

Ryan has been named a Northern California Rising Star in Constitutional Law for the second year in a row. Rising Star accolades are reserved for outstanding attorneys 40 years of age or younger or in practice for 10 years or less who demonstrate exceptional legal expertise and outstanding client service.
Imran received his first Rising Star award from Super Lawyers this year. The accolade highlights his impressive skills and promising career trajectory. The team is especially thrilled to celebrate this inaugural distinction recognizing him as an emerging leader in General Litigation.
