Renne Public Management Group (RPMG) is thrilled to announce its newest junior management analyst, Sam Quattrociocchi, who brings multiple years of legal management support and economic intelligence to the team.
“I want to support public institutions as a whole,” said Sam. “RPMG is an organization that I believe can help strengthen trust in local government, and I am eager to be part of that change.”
Prior to joining RPMG, Sam spent three years working as a legal assistant with Altshuler Berzon LLP, where he prepared legal documents, coordinated court filings and provided administrative and litigation support to attorneys. He also represented bargaining-unit employees on the AB United bargaining committee, helping develop proposals, refine contract language and conduct negotiations. Sam has also volunteered with California YMCA Youth & Government, helping high school students learn to write bills and prepare for simulations of legislative and court proceedings.
“It’s important that RPMG continues to invest in intelligent young people who are driven by their values,” said Executive Director Nelson Fialho. “Sam is talented and determined, skills that will not only help RPMG’s success, but the success of public institutions as a whole.”
Sam’s desire to pursue fair negotiations that lead to productive outcomes has led him to be part of RPMG’s team, where he continues to build effective partnerships between organized labor and centralized institutions.
“I think the cooperation between organized labor and institutions is a worthwhile endeavor,” said Sam. “By being part of a team that facilitates these types of moments, I hope to develop more productive outcomes for everyone involved.”
Sam, who holds a B.A. in economics with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, was a writer and a senior writer for the Berkeley Political Review and Berkeley Economic Review, respectively. His senior thesis, “Evaluating the Effect of Collective Bargaining Centralization on Inequality,” focused on centralized bargaining systems, such as national and sectoral models, that lead to better outcomes regarding economic stability and inequality.
RPMG has a proven track record of success assisting clients with facilitated performance evaluations, labor negotiations, human resource services, workplace investigations, compensation studies, strategic planning, facilitation and conflict resolution, training, coaching, and professional development, and elected and appointed board governance training.
