Davis is an experienced trial lawyer committed to providing tactical counsel and effective results. Davis manages complex cases in state court, federal court and arbitration, with notable experience in commercial and labor-and-employment litigation. Davis plays a crucial role in all aspects of his cases, from crafting compelling case themes to preparing and defending witnesses, securing decisive expert opinions and implementing early-stage litigation strategies aimed at achieving pre-trial dismissals and favorable settlements.

Before joining RPLG, Davis built a broad civil litigation practice at nationally recognized trial boutiques and global law firms. Before entering private practice, Davis clerked for the Honorable Sean D. Jordan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. During his clerkship, Davis helped Judge Jordan oversee adjudication of dispositive motions, discovery disputes and several trials. Davis graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors.
