ABOUT
Jake Freitas is an attorney in the firm’s Government and Litigation practice groups. He has experience advising public agencies and litigating in federal and state courts. In law school, Jake was the Managing Editor of Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment and chair of the Community Advocacy Committee. He interned at the Northern District of California and with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, working on the Government Team advising City departments and local officials. Jake also clerked with Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth’s San Francisco office, where he worked on public law and public finance projects.
