James (Jim) Collier is a management analyst with Renne Public Law Group’s Solutions team.

Mr. Collier is also a startup software developer, specializing in cryptography and consumer encryption adherence to constitutional law. He has multiple filed encryption patents and is creating products to address present-day security and privacy issues, at home and in the workplace.

Mr. Collier is a former software executive, with experience at Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Lotus, IBM, and other companies. His experience includes addressing workplace issues involving diversity, sexual harassment, hiring, terminations and disparate treatment.

Prior to RPLG, he consulted in the Labor and Employment Group at Meyers Nave. He addressed a variety of issues including labor relations, jury selection, trial strategies and negotiations. Mr. Collier specializes in managerial economic impacts analysis and economic forecast modeling of outcomes.

Mr. Collier has a Harvard MBA, along with a BS in Computer Information Systems.
