ABOUT KATE KENNEDY
Kate Kennedy joined RPLG following a 26-year career as an FBI special agent. During her career, she was the lead investigator on white collar crime investigations. She also spent several years assigned to a unit that investigated national security matters (counterterrorism and counter espionage). With over two decades of experience navigating complex investigations and high-stakes interviews, she brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and human-centered communication to every project. As an FBI agent, she honed a specialized ability to conduct deep-dive research and high-level interviewing. She prides herself on connecting the dots in complicated scenarios while maintaining an approachable demeanor — a skill essential for building trust and delivering clear, actionable insights.
A member of both the Washington and California State Associations, Kate possesses a strong legal foundation that informs her investigative approach. This expertise, combined with her frontline experience in federal law enforcement, allows her to navigate the complexities of corporate compliance with a professional “investigator’s eye.”
When she’s not in the middle of an investigation, Kate is likely exploring new cultures as an avid traveler. Whether she is navigating the stone-paved hills of Greece or the winding roads of the English countryside, she brings that same sense of adventure and adaptability to every professional challenge she takes on.
Kate received a B.S. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law.
