RPLG Partners Art Hartinger and Linda Ross were named among the Daily Journal’s Top Labor & Employment Lawyers of 2020.
“Receiving recognition from a publication like the Daily Journal is an honor,” said Ms. Ross. “The attorneys on the Daily Journal list are an accomplished group, and I’m grateful to be listed among them.”
The Daily Journal conducts a selective nomination process to honor the top labor and employment lawyers in the state each year and publishes the list every July.
Both Mr. Hartinger and Ms. Ross have achieved significant recent wins, adding to their impressive list of accomplishments. Mr. Hartinger, along with Senior Associates Ryan McGinley-Stempel and Ian Long, delivered two summary judgments for the Counties of San Joaquin and Orange this fall that will preserve millions of dollars in savings. Ms. Ross has recent appellate victories for the City and County of San Francisco and the City of Los Angeles.
Previously, the Daily Journal selected RPLG as a Top Boutique in 2019 after only one full year of operation. RPLG Founding Partner Louise Renne and Ms. Ross were also recognized as two of the top 100 women lawyers in California in 2019.
RPLG practices throughout California, advising and advocating for public agencies, nonprofit entities, individuals and private entities in need of effective, responsive and creative legal solutions.
