Renne Public Law Group (RPLG) is pleased to announce that Michael Zitani has joined the firm as a senior associate. Michael brings a rich background in public entity representation and a client-centered approach to RPLG’s practice. His career includes roles with the Berkeley City Attorney’s office, two public entity law firms and the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, where he represented low-income, disabled and/or senior tenants in San Francisco.
His diverse experience has equipped him with a unique perspective on the varied needs of public entity clients and a deep understanding of the importance of public service.

In his new role, Michael will contribute to RPLG’s litigation practice, using his skills in factual investigation, motion practice and oral advocacy.
Michael’s approach to legal practice emphasizes teamwork and flexibility, and his client-centered focus and extensive courtroom experience will continue to support him in handling the diverse challenges faced by RPLG’s public entity clients.

Michael graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from Florida State University and earned his J.D. from the University of California, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
