Dennis Herrera, the San Francisco City Attorney, turned to Linda Ross at the Renne Public Law Group to handle a large wage and hour collective action. The lawsuit – Litvinova v. City and County of San Francisco – is filed in United States District Court. The lawsuit seeks to certify a collective action covering all City registered nurses. Litvinova claims that the City owes them additional overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
